Your account

Account (top right of the navigation bar) shows the email you log in with and lets you change your password: enter your current password, then the new one twice (at least 8 characters), and press Change password. Changing it signs out any other devices you were logged in on.

Forgot your password?

There is no self-service password reset — deliberately, since a reset email is the classic way accounts get hijacked. Ask the site admin to reset it; they'll pass you a new password (shown to them exactly once), and you can change it on this page after logging in.

Email that comes from your account

Every message Pourover sends on your behalf — invitations, pairing announcements, auto-send receipts — uses your email address as Reply-To, so participants who hit reply reach you directly.

Roles

Most people are organizers: your roster, weeks, and requests are private to your account, invisible to every other organizer.

A site admin manages accounts for the whole server — activating, disabling, resetting passwords — and can enter an organizer's workspace to help out (a banner shows while they're inside). Admins don't run pairings of their own. If you need an account activated, a password reset, the daily invitation cap lifted, or people bulk-added without confirmation emails, the site admin is who to ask.
